About me
Are you a doctor?
I'm a pharmacist (Pharm.D). I'm trained in pharmacology, drug interactions, and nutrition therapy. I don't diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. when you need that, I refer you to a physician and coordinate with them.
How it works
Do you sell supplements?
No. I'll tell you when a supplement is worth the money. and when it isn't. I don't take commissions from any brand. If a supplement isn't moving the needle, I'll tell you to stop buying it.
What if I don't lose weight?
We diagnose why. Sometimes it's adherence, sometimes medication, sometimes stress, sometimes a thyroid issue we need to investigate. We adjust until something moves. If after 60 days nothing is working, you get a refund. no questions.
How is this different from a dietitian?
A dietitian's training centers on food. Mine centers on the whole patient. what they're taking, what their labs say, how their meds interact with what they eat. For complex cases (PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, post-bariatric), that matters.
Logistics
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. You pay month-to-month. Cancel before the next billing date and you owe nothing more.
Will my plan accommodate Ramadan, travel, or shift work?
Yes. Your plan is built around your life, not the other way around. Tell me what's coming up and we'll structure for it.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. I work with clients across the GCC, UK, and US. Payment in USD. Calls in your time zone. WhatsApp works the same everywhere.
After signing up
How do I pay?
Card payments via the secure checkout link I send after we agree on a tier. International cards work. For Egypt, Instapay and bank transfer are also fine. tell me what's easier.
How long is the intake call?
30 to 45 minutes. We go through your week, your meds, your goals, and the trade-offs you're willing to make. I take notes and you don't have to take any.
Which language do we communicate in?
Whatever's easier. Arabic, English, or a mix. I write plans in your preferred language. WhatsApp messages match how you write to me.
What happens if I get a refund?
I refund the application fee within 5 business days if I can't help you. If you cancel mid-month, you owe nothing further. Already-paid months aren't refunded once the plan has been delivered, but you keep the plan and the call recordings.
Which countries can you work with?
Anywhere with WhatsApp. Most clients are in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, the UK, and the US. Time-zone difference is never a problem. I schedule the call in yours.
