نجمع فقط ما يلزمنا لتقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها:We collect only what we need to deliver the service you asked for:

  • بيانات التواصل:Contact details: اسمك، إيميلك، ورقم الواتساب لنتمكن من التواصل معك.your name, email and WhatsApp number, so we can reach you.
  • إجابات نموذج الاستشارة:Application form answers: السن، المدينة، الهدف، السياق الصحي، الأدوية، الحساسيات، النشاط، الطبخ، النوم، الباقة المفضلة، موعد البدء، الملاحظات، والموافقة.age, location, goal, health context, medications, allergies, activity, cooking, sleep, tier preference, start window, notes and consent.
  • مراسلاتك:Your messages: أي شيء تكتبه لنا عبر واتساب أو الإيميل عن حالتك.anything you write to us on WhatsApp or email about your case.
لا متتبّعاتNo trackersلا نجمع عنوان IP، ولا سلوك التصفح، ولا بصمة الجهاز — ولا نشغّل أي أدوات تحليل خارجية أو متتبّعات إعلانية.We don't collect your IP address, browsing behaviour or device fingerprint — and we run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

كيف نخزّن بياناتكStorage & security

بيانات استشارتك محفوظة على Supabase. ردود الإيميل في صندوق وارد البريد لدينا، ورسائل الواتساب على خوادم واتساب.Your application data is stored in Supabase. Email replies live in our inbox, and WhatsApp messages live on WhatsApp's servers.

  • كلمات مرور قوية وفريدة.Strong, unique passwords.
  • التحقّق بخطوتين (2FA).Two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • وصول مقصور على د. أحمد ومساعد واحد عند وجوده.Access limited to Dr. Ahmed and one assistant when retained.
تخزين مشفّرEncrypted storageبيانات الاستشارة مشفّرة في حالة السكون (encrypted at rest)، بنفس انضباط عيادة صغيرة.Application data is encrypted at rest, with the same hygiene a small clinic would keep.

كيف نستخدم بياناتكHow we use it

فقط لتقديم الخدمة: قراءة حالتك، كتابة خطتك، الرد على رسائلك، تعديل خطتك كل أسبوع، وإرسال النشرة الأسبوعية لمن اشترك.Only to deliver the service: reading your case, writing your plan, replying to your messages, adjusting your plan each week, and sending the weekly note if you subscribed.

لا بيع ولا تأجير للبياناتNo data sellingلا نستخدم بياناتك لتسويق منتجات أخرى، ولا نبيعها أو نؤجّرها لأي طرف.We never use your information to market other products, and we never sell or rent it.

مع من نشارك بياناتكWho we share it with

لا أحد. الاستثناءات الوحيدة هي:Nobody. The only exceptions are:

  • الإفصاح بأمر قانوني (أمر محكمة مثلاً).Legally compelled disclosure (a court order, for example).
  • التنسيق مع طبيبك المعالج — فقط بعد موافقتك الصريحة المكتوبة أولاً.Coordination with your treating physician — only with your explicit written consent first.
  • مزوّدو الخدمات الذين نعتمد عليهم (Supabase، Vercel، مزوّد البريد) ويعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا تحت سياسات خصوصيتهم.Service providers we depend on (Supabase, Vercel, our email host) who handle data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

حقوقكYour rights

يمكنك في أي وقت أن تطلب منا الاطّلاع على بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها كلياً. راسلنا على elkhateebahmed81@gmail.com وسننفّذ طلبك خلال سبعة أيام.At any time you can ask us to show you your data, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email elkhateebahmed81@gmail.com and we'll act within seven days.

الخدمة للبالغين. لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات من أي شخص دون 18 عاماً. إن كنت تظن أن طفلاً أرسل لنا بياناته، راسلنا وسنحذفها.The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

التغييرات على هذه السياسةChanges to this policy

إن غيّرنا شيئاً جوهرياً في هذه السياسة، سنحدّث التاريخ في الأعلى، وإن كنت عميلاً نشطاً نرسل لك تنبيهاً قبل سريان التغيير.If we change anything material in this policy, we'll update the date at the top and — if you're an active client — send you a note before the change takes effect.
