إن لم تكن الخدمة مناسبة، نردّ المبلغ. لا نسعد بالاحتفاظ بأموال أناس لا نستطيع مساعدتهم. الشروط أدناه هي الصيغة العملية لهذا المبدأ، مكتوبة كي لا تكون هناك مفاجآت.If a product is not the right fit, we refund. We do not enjoy keeping money from people we cannot help. The terms below are the practical version of that principle — written so there are no surprises.

If we accept you and you change your mind before the intake call, the fee is also refundable. Once the intake call has happened, the fee is non-refundable as it covers our review and the call itself.
