We offer one-off ebooks, monthly consultancy plans, cohort programmes, in-store partnership sessions, and retainer arrangements. The exact deliverables for each are described on the relevant page.

توافق على إعطاء معلومات دقيقة عن صحتك وأدويتك وتاريخك. المعلومات غير الدقيقة تُنتج خطة لا تناسبك، ولا يمكننا تحمّل المسؤولية عن النتائج. وتوافق أيضًا على استشارة طبيبك المعالج حين تتعلّق الخطة بحالة طبية أو دواء بوصفة.You agree to give accurate information about your health, medications, and history. Inaccurate information will produce a plan that does not fit, and we cannot be responsible for the consequences. You also agree to consult your treating physician where the plan touches a medical condition or prescription medication you are taking.

• نعدّل خطتك بالوتيرة المتّفق عليها في باقتك.We adjust your plan at the cadence agreed for your tier.
• نخبرك بصدق إن كانت حالتك خارج اختصاصنا، ونحوّل أو نسترد حسب الحال.We tell you honestly if your case is outside our scope, and refer or refund as appropriate.

يمكن لأي طرف إنهاء التعاقد في أي وقت، ولا غرامات على إلغاء الباقة الشهرية — فقط ألغِ قبل تاريخ التجديد. ونحتفظ بحق إنهاء التعاقد إن كان العميل مسيئًا أو طلب نصيحة خارج اختصاصنا.Either side may end the engagement at any time. There are no penalties for cancelling a monthly plan — simply cancel before the next billing date. We reserve the right to end an engagement if a client is abusive or asks for advice we are not qualified to give.
